Make this tangy flavored smoothie with Jamun/Java plum Juice for a healthy start to the day!

Mocktail Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup deseeded and finely chopped black jamun
  • 2 cups low-fat curd (dahi)
  • 1 tsp sugar substitute
  • 4 tbsp crushed ice

How To Make It

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except ice, in a mixer and blend till smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into 4 individual small glasses and top with 1 tbsp. of crushed ice in each
  3. Serve immediately.
